To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is to introduce you to HR, a man of considerable
initiative and industry whom we brought aboard in September of
1999, and who over the course of the next year, would become the
most successful sales person in the history of W, Inc.'s 60-plus
years. But sales is not the only discipline in H's repertoire.
Modesty and a self-effacing nature notwithstanding, H proving his innate effectiveness as our regional account executive - in spurring sales and motivating the performance of associates - enabled us to create a tailor-made position for him (Director of Sales, Northeast), and with which to grow our company.
Committed to ways of improving profitability (while boosting morale), H has a broad knowledge and brings with him a unique combination of qualities - a passion for education, a savvy for marketing, and an ability to be lead - from which he forges effective strategies for success.
While we will certainly miss H, I wanted to make sure that I was among those to attest to the contribution he made here at W during his whirlwind two years, and to wish him great success. H is a reliable "company man" who will roll up his sleeves and get the job done with panache.
Very sincerely yours,
